Protect Yourself and Your Family from Tick Bites This Spring
As the warmer weather is welcomed and families spend more time outside, remember to protect yourself and loved ones from tick bites. A bite from an infected tick can cause Lyme Disease and other diseases such as Ehrlichiosis, Babesiosis, Anaplasmosis, and Powassan.

Health Department Announces Annual Mosquito Control Treatment of Catch Basins and Storm Drains
The Rockland County Department of Health will be treating catch basins and storm drains to prevent mosquitoes from breeding in standing water inside of these structures. This work will be performed throughout the County beginning May 6, 2024 and will be completed by early June.
