As a convenience to our taxpayers, the County of Rockland offers the ability to pay your Delinquent/Quarterly Taxes online either with an electronic check or a credit card. There is no charge for paying by check and a 3.0% fee for paying by credit card. Making your tax payment online is fast, easy, and safe. It takes just six simple steps. In just a few minutes, your transaction will be complete.
 STEP 1    Locate Your Tax Information
Search for your tax information by using your address or Parcel ID (Dash Dot Format).
 STEP 2    Select Tax Item
At this step, you will select tax item to pay (i.e., Tax Year or Quarterly).
 STEP 3    Review Information and Accept Terms
At this step, you will be asked to review your tax information and accept the Terms of Use of this transaction.
 STEP 4    Complete Details
Enter the contact information for the person owing the tax or fee, as well as payment information and any additional information.
 STEP 5    Confirm Information
Confirm the information you provided in Step #4. This is your opportunity to go back and make any changes before submitting your payment.
 STEP 6    Digital Receipt
Receive your digital receipt. Once your payment has been submitted, you will receive an e-mail confirmation if you provide your e-mail address.
